Miscellaneous
Investigations 1876-1885
This period is is marked by the beginnings of investigations
by Edgeworth
and the British school. The Scandinavian school of statistics becomes
more prominent with publications by Thiele. The Russians led by Bunyakovsky and Nekrasov will establish the theory of
probability. Lexis studies the dispersion of series.
Publications are sorted by language and then year of publication.
